Please note, we are not responsible for any products not directly purchased from Salish Style. All items purchased from another retailer must be returned to the location of purchase.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. From time to time we adjust the pricing on our items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we cannot provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For apparel, we do accept exchanges for reasons such as improper fitting, return postage is paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for international orders. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When shipping an item, we recommend that you insure the package and consider using a traceable shipping service - we cannot refund an item we don't receive. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, therefore we suggest keeping the shipping receipt until you have been notified that we received your item.
